For more than twenty-five years, I've been immersed in luxury residential construction—leading operations, managing complex projects, building bespoke homes, and working alongside the architects, craftsmen, designers, and specialty trades responsible for bringing extraordinary residences to life. Over those years, I had the privilege of helping create exceptional homes. I also witnessed something that never sat right with me.

Too often, homeowners began their projects filled with excitement and confidence, believing an experienced builder would manage every detail and protect every decision. Yet as projects became more complex, I watched budgets drift, schedules slip, communication break down, and quality suffer. Many owners didn't recognize problems until significant time and money had already been lost.

The common thread wasn't a lack of talent. It was a lack of independent representation.

The builder represents the builder. The architect represents the architect. Every consultant has a defined role. Yet the person making the investment—the homeowner—is often the only one without a professional whose sole responsibility is protecting their interests.

My role isn't to replace the builder, architect, or designer. It's to bring those professionals together with accountability, transparency, and a relentless focus on the owner's vision.

Having spent decades leading construction operations and overseeing every stage of luxury residential projects—from structural execution to the finest finish carpentry and architectural detailing—I understand how exceptional homes are truly built.
